Care quality commission (cqc) Inspection

Our services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure that we meet the necessary statutory levels of care and quality. These inspections are conducted by qualified inspectors with support from medical, nursing and administrative experts.

Our latest inspection was in January 2019 and the CQC gave this surgery the following rating: OVERALL GOOD

We would like to thank the following groups that helped us achieve this standard:

  1. Over 400 patients provided their feedback and comments of our services during the year

  2. Our PPG members reviewed our campaigns and committed themselves personally to visiting other PPG's, surgeries and groups to bring back comparisons and proposals

  3. Sutton Healthwatch who have been involved with our PPG and providing advice

  4. Our staff members who have continued to provide the services our patients want

  5. Patients with long term conditions; such as Diabetes, Asthma, COPD and hypertension, who have attended their reviews

  6. Parents bringing their children in for their vaccinations

  7. Patients supporting the cancer screening programmes by having their cervical smears, providing bowel cancer samples, and attending breast screening.
