What
is Patient Access?
Patient Access is an
on-line service that allows you to do the following:

Book, View, Change
and cancel appointments

Make repeat
prescription requests
-
View details of
your medical record
-
Notify the
practice of a change in address or contact details
It is available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week from EMIS our clinical system provider
and can be accessed on-line from a computer or a mobile device with
the patient access app.
Is the
information secure?
All information sent
to the practice from Patient Access is encrypted and secured using
the highest standard internet security.
However, it is the patient's responsibility to keep their
credentials to Patient Access secure to ensure the total security of
their information (similar to keeping the password to email and bank
accounts secret).
To ensure the safety
of your personal details Patient Access will only be provided if the
following criteria are met:

Patient is aged 18
or above

A completed
Patient Access consent form is handed into reception

Proof of
identification (Passport, Drivers license) is presented with
completed consent form
How do
I register for Patient Access?

Complete a Patient
Access Consent Form (available at Reception or
download here)

Provide some form
of ID (Passport, Driving license, etc)
-
Submit the consent
form and ID, in person, to reception.

We will process
the request and provide the credentials to login to Patient
Access within 5 days.
How do

Once our patients have
their credentials they can access Patient Access by going to the
